Hype And Happening provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Residential cleaning (regular and deep cleaning)

- Bond cleaning (end of lease cleaning)
- Builders cleans (post-construction cleaning)
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Pressure washing and outdoor cleaning
1.2 Service Area
Our services are available in Tamworth, New South Wales, and surrounding areas. Service availability in other locations may be confirmed upon request.
2. Bookings and Quotes
2.1 Quote Requests
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the property.
2.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you have accepted our quote and we have confirmed the appointment date and time. We will send you a confirmation via email or SMS.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and service requirements. Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Credit/Debit card (where available)
- Online payment platforms
3.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
- Services beyond the original scope of work
- Excessively dirty or cluttered properties
- Rush or emergency service requests
- Travel to locations outside our standard service area
- Special cleaning products or equipment requested by the client
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- More than 24 hours notice: No cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: Full service fee may apply
4.2 Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Staff illness or emergencies
- Equipment failure
- Safety concerns
In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at your convenience.
5. Access and Property Requirements
5.1 Property Access
You must ensure that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If you will not be present, you must provide secure access arrangements.
5.2 Property Condition
You must ensure that:
- Utilities (water, electricity) are available and functional
- The property is safe for our team to work in
- Valuables and fragile items are secured
- Pets are secured or removed from work areas
- Any specific access requirements or restrictions are communicated in advance
5.3 Safety Hazards
We reserve the right to refuse service or cease work if we identify safety hazards including but not limited to:
- Asbestos or hazardous materials
- Structural damage or unsafe conditions
- Aggressive animals
- Biohazard situations
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Our Liability
We carry public liability insurance and are committed to providing professional, quality services. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for damage to items that are already damaged, worn, or in poor condition
- We are not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to items not properly secured by the client
- Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
6.2 Claims and Damage Reports
Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. Claims not reported within this timeframe may not be accepted.
6.3 Client Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Valuables and fragile items are properly secured
- We are informed of any areas or items requiring special care
- Any pre-existing damage is communicated to us before work begins
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1 Quality Commitment
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will:
- Return to address any issues at no additional charge, or
- Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion
7.2 Limitations
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
- Stains or damage that cannot be removed without risk to the surface
- Normal limitations of cleaning products and methods
- Issues not reported within 24 hours
- Complaints about services not included in the original scope of work
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hype And Happening and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Privacy
